Due to the unique nature of art and the potential for damage during shipping, all artwork sales from The Crone House online gallery at thecronehouse.com are considered final.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@thecronehouse.com. Please include photos of the damaged artwork and the original packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will do our best to resolve the issue. This may include:
Repair: If the artwork can be professionally repaired, we will arrange for the repair and cover the costs.
Refund: If the artwork cannot be repaired, a full refund may be issued.
