ALLIE’S 31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN
OCTOBER 1–31, 2026
(A Love Letter to All Things Macabre)
Allie Mullin, the Diabolical Queen of Halloween from Durham, creeps her way to Richmond with a decade-spanning retrospective of her bewitching photography series, Allie’s 31 Days of Halloween.
Originally conjured as one new image per day in October, the project turns costume into ritual, self-portrait into portal, and the whole month into a hellbound work of art.
Each photo brings a fresh transformation: levitating broomsticks, candy-corn chaos, witchy spooky glamour, and the specific kind of bloodcurdling joy that raises the hairs on your arms, and makes you cackle like you mean it.
Featuring her favorite images from the past ten years, this exhibition is Allie’s ode to Samhain, invoking art and spells alike.
